So the Mud Run was a couple Fridays ago. I finished 42nd which I am a little disappointed at. I think I could have done better. But, on the bright side of things, I haven't done any real running above 2 miles in about 6 months. Respectable finish I guess. I finished last year in 11th place. So, I have another goal to add to the ongoing list:
Compete in the March 2009 Mud Run for at minimum top 5.
We will see how that goes. In the mean time I am going to HIT IT HARD, GET BACK IN THE POOL, RUN HARDER, FASTER, AND LONGER, LIFT HEAVY WEIGHT, SQUAT HEAVY, PULL MY BODY WEIGHT PLUS SOME, AND PT TILL MY MUSCLES FAIL AND LEAVE ME LYING ON THE FLOOR WANTING SOME MORE!
